Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov Naval Academy trains officers and seafarers in Cadet, Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Programmes. The Naval Academy has a distance learning center providing post-graduate qualification of ship brokers and agents together with the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers London.
