The Non-governmental organisation “Seafarers’ professional development cluster” organized a seminar which aimed to present the Organisation and to discuss important topics related to the implementation of the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC, 2006). The presenters of the seminar were Mrs. Maya Evtimova, Chairman of the Governing Board of the Non-governmental organisation “Seafarers’ professional development cluster” and Mr. Hari Shahinyan, chief inspector, department “ICRSS” in Bulgarian Maritime administration .
Topics, included in the programme of the training:
- Presentation of Non-governmental organisation “Seafarers’ professional development cluster”;
- Problems in the implementation of the MLC, 2006;
- Professional stress of the seafarers working onboard the ships.
